6:30 p.m. - Annual NCAA Basketball Calcutta to benefit the Glasgow Reds Legion & Babe Ruth Baseball programs at the Glasgow Elks Lodge. Chili will be served at 6:30 p.m. with Calcutta starting at 7 p.m.
THURSDAY – MARCH 16
7 p.m. - ‘Lives Touched by Jesus’ Lenten services at First Lutheran Church, Glasgow.
7 p.m. - The American Legion Auxiliary #41 will meet at the VFW Hall for a short meeting followed by celebrating the Legion’s 98th birthday. All veterans are invited, not just legionnaires.
FRIDAY – MARCH 17
8:30 a.m. - Cat Clinic at Herbs and Things in Glasgow. Shots are $5 each, female cats are $50 and male cats are $25. Call Herbs and Things for an appointment at 228-8617.
10 a.m. - 12 noon – MSU Extension in Valley County winter series workshop on Farm and Ranch Financial Management and Cash Leases or Shares at the Cottonwood Inn, Glasgow. Workshop is free of charge. For more info, 406-228-6241 or [email protected].
2:30 p.m. - St. Patrick’s Day Dance at Valley View Nursing Home. Dudley and the Deadbeats will be performing and refreshments will be provided. Everyone is welcome.
5 p.m. - Knights of Columbus Friday Fish Fry at St. Raphael’s Parish. Cost is $13 for ages 13 and up, $7 for ages 6-12, kids 5 and under eat free. Everyone is welcome.
5-7 p.m. - St. Patrick’s Day Feast of the Irish Corned Beef and Cabbage at the VFW Post 3107 in Glasgow. For more information call 228-2135.

SATURDAY – MARCH 18
9 a.m. - The Fort Peck Senior Citizens are sponsoring the 3rd Annual Fun Walk/Run, “Slam the Dam 3.” Registration is from 9-10 a.m. with the walk/run starting at 10 a.m. Cost is $5 and is open to all ages. For more info. call Donna at 526-3627 or Judy at 406-480-9057.

11 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Stew Feed Fundraiser to help Support Our Troops at the Nashua Senior Citizens Center. A card social will follow the meal. Free-will offerings will be accepted and Thrivent Financial will supplement funds raised.
2 p.m. - Pinochle at the Glasgow Senior Center. Everyone welcome.
TUESDAY – MARCH 21
2:30 p.m. - Honoring John Dalby for 44 years of calling Bingo at the Glasgow Senior Citizen Center
5:30 p.m. - The Valley County Combined Campaign will be preparing their 35th annual fundraiser mailer in the upstairs of the Valley Event Center. Volunteers are welcome.
WEDNESDAY- MARCH 22
5:30 – 6:30 p.m. - Zoo Montana presentation with live animals at the Children’s Museum. For more information contact Rachel Erickson at Irle School or any Glasgow High School student council member.
