Jean L. Watts, 70, of Saint Marie, Mont., passed away in Miles City, Mont., on Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2017.
Bell Mortuary is assisting the family and services will be held at a later date.
She was born in Wahoo, Neb., to William and Lois (Tennant) Cooper, on May 18, 1946.
She married Walter Watts in Las Vegas, Nev., Oct. 9, 1989. The couple later retired to Saint Marie in 1992.
She was an active member of DAR. She liked to bake and sew but her passion was painting. The true loves of her life were her home in Saint Marie and her husband, Walt.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Steven.
Survivors include her beloved husband, Walt; four children, JoLynne, James, Patrick and Sean; numerous grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Rosenbohm and Charlotte Glaser.
