THURSDAY – DEC. 8
6:30 p.m. - Meeting to address AIS concerns at the Glasgow Elks Lodge. The forum will be led by Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks Steve Dalby and Walleye’s Unlimited’s President-elect Mary Humbert.
7 p.m. - Awards Dinner for Patriot’s Pen winners and their families at the VFW Post 3107 in Glasgow.
7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Ladies Night at All Seasons Home Center.
FRIDAY – DEC. 9
12 p.m. – The regular monthly meeting for the Nashua Senior Citizens at the Senior Center. There will be a potluck meal with the meeting to follow. Everyone is welcome.
SATURDAY – DEC. 10
9 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Breakfast with Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Glasgow McDonald’s.
11 a.m. - 3 p.m. - Glasgow AAU Wrestling Club sign-ups at the Glasgow High School, Room #1. Any child age 4-18 is welcome. First time wrestlers, please bring a copy of your state-issued birth certificate. Any questions contact Brady Flaten, 228-2896 or visit http://www.glasgowwrestlingclub.com.
1 p.m. - Freewill donation viewing of “A Christmas Story” presented by The Christmas Classics, at Valley Cinemas. All proceeds go to Soroptimst of Glasgow. Following the movie, there will be a chance to win prizes.
SUNDAY – DEC. 11
10 a.m. - Children’s Christmas Program, “Special Delivery: Wrapped in the Father’s Love,” at Glasgow Evangelical Church (across from GHS). Free refreshments to follow.
1-3 p.m. - The Nashua Lions is sponsoring Roller Skating at the Nashua Civic Center.
2-4 p.m. - Ice Cream Social at Grace Lutheran Church, LCMC in Nashua, the former Bergie’s Ice Cream Parlor.
5 p.m. - The Legion and Auxiliary #41 Family Christmas Dinner at the VFW Hall. There will be a program and Santa will be stopping by.
6:30 p.m. - A Compassionate Friends Candlelighting Ceremony at the Outpost Cafe in Opheim, weather permitting. It will start at 6:30 p.m. and candles need to be lit by 7 p.m. and burn until 8 p.m. Refreshments will be served. For more info, contact Sue Stahl at 762-7163 or Wanda at 762-3226.
MONDAY – DEC. 12
5 p.m. - 7 p.m. - CASA Open House at the Glasgow County-City Library Community Room. Learn more about how to become a CASA volunteer and give a child a voice.
6 p.m. - Create your Masterpiece from a prebuilt gingerbread house at First Lutheran Church. For questions, contact Valley County Extension Office at 228-6241.
7 p.m. - The Glasgow Middle School Winter Concert in the GHS Auditorium featuring the 6th grade band and choir and the 7/8th grade choir and band.
7 p.m. - The students of Hinsdale School invite everyone to attend their Christmas Concert in the Hinsdale Gym. The concert will feature the musical How the Penguins Saved Christmas, as well as performances by the bands and choirs. The concert is free and open to all.
TUESDAY – DEC. 13
10 a.m. - 7 p.m. - Red Barn Open House – Come check out the wide variety of gift ideas for the special someone in your life. Save 35% on select items during the 12 Days of Christmas.
WEDNESDAY – DEC. 14
1-4 p.m. - Veteran service officers for MT Veterans Affairs will be in Glasgow at the VA Clinic to meet with veterans applying for benefits. Please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD214).

9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Veteran service officers for MT Veterans Affairs will be in Malta at the Malta City Hall to meet with veterans applying for benefits. Please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD214).
6 p.m. - Decorate your own Gingerbread House at First Lutheran Church. There is a $15 supplies fee for each house. Please contact the Valley County Extension Office to preregister for this class at 228-6241.
7 p.m. - Glasgow High School’s production of Christmas Night Live, a sketch comedy and variety show. Hosted by Kris Kringle with musical guests and an all-star cast. Bring the whole family for a night of laughs and an all-star cast. Tickets available at the door: $8 for adults & $5 for students & seniors.
