Hunters interested in participating in "game-damage" hunts on private land or possible management seasons this year can register online beginning Monday, June 15, with MFWP. Prospective hunters must register online by July 15 at fwp.mt.gov. Click "Hunt Roster." To register, hunters will need their ALS number. A final roster listing hunters in the order they would be contacted for a hunt will be randomly generated from all online registrations and posted by Aug. 1, on the FWP website. The hunts, if they occur, can take place between Aug. 15 and Feb. 15, 2016.
1-4 p.m. - Veteran service officers will be visiting with veterans who are interested in applying for benefits in Glasgow, and in Malta on Thursday, June 18, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Phillips County Hospital Conference Room. If you are interested in applying for benefits, please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD214) with you. Veteran service officers will visit nursing homes and assisted living centers by appointment only at 406-265-4225.
5:30 p.m. - The latest draft of Glasgow's Downtown Revitalization Plan will be reviewed at a public hearing in the City Council chambers at the Civic Center. The plan is also available at http://www.planglasgow.com
6 p.m. - The City of Glasgow Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at its meeting in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center to review revisions to the City of Glasgow’s Housing Plan.

This is a fundraiser for Justin and Evelyn Douziech for their missionary trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina, from July 11 to Aug. 9. 10 a.m. - Glasgow Kiwanis Thunder Swim Team hosts Glasgow Invitational Swim Meet at the Glasgow city pool.
10 a.m. - 4 p.m. - The Heirloom Quilters' Guild and the Plaid Square are sponsoring the “Silver Stitches Quilt Show” at the Civic Center in Glasgow.
1-4 p.m. - Sailors around the world will join the 15th annual worldwide Summer Sailstice at Fort Peck Marina on Fort Peck Lake the weekend of June 20. There will be free sailboat rides at the Marina.
