Service officers for the MT Veterans Affairs will be visiting Glasgow and Malta. They will be at the Glasgow VA Clinic from 1-4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, and in Malta on Thursday, April 16, from 9:30-11:30 a.m., at the Phillips County Hospital Conference Room. If you are interested in applying for benefits, bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD214) with you. Service officers will visit nursing homes and assisted living centers by appointment only. 5:30 p.m. - GHS class of 1975 will be meeting at the Oasis to discuss their 40th class reunion.
7 p.m. - The American Legion and Auxiliary #41 will meet at the VFW Hall in Glasgow. Poppies will be given out for sale Friday, May 1, and the May 2 poppies will be delivered. .

9 a.m. - A free workshop to learn to prune fruit trees and a lesson on grafting fruit trees at Dave Reinhardt's in Hinsdale. 4:30-6 p.m. - Health Dept. Community Stroll at Sullivan Trail behind Home Run Pond. The trail is around 1.9 miles long. Participants can show up at any time to take part. It's not going to be timed or a competition.

10 a.m. - 6 p.m. - The 25th Annual Makoshika Quilt Show held at the Eastern Plains Event Center in Glendive. Doors will open on Friday, April 24, from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and again on Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Admission will be $5 per person, but ages 10 and under will be free! Each day the DCAU/Gallery will serve a luncheon and entertainment during the lunch hour can be expected.
