Opheim Rodeo Set For June 28

The Opheim Rodeo Club met at the Mint Bar on Monday, March 2, and decided to have the annual rodeo at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 28.

This year the rodeo will be dedicated to all of the men and women of the armed forces. The Glasgow VFW will present the colors and give a gun salute to get the rodeo started.

Stock contractors will be contacted.

Attending the meeting were rodeo club members Russell, Tanner and Tandy Solberg, Gus and Alea Rosencrans, John Pankratz, Debbie Bailey, Les and Chase Redfield and Herb Brandt.

All officers were re-elected for the coming year.
