Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913
The Glasgow Speech & Drama team had been scheduled to participate in the Hardin Invitational last week but instead went to Wolf Point to support the nearby rival's first S&D meet in 15 years.
The results were good, Scottie coach Matt Beacon told The Courier.
“It was a small meet,” he said, “and our kids did really well with team wins in both speech and drama, and first place finishes for Ethan Jamba in serious oral interpretation, Rachel Sigmundstad in spontaneus oral interpretation, and Mariah Holter in pantomime.
This week the Scotties face their “most challenging meet of the year at the great big Billings Central Invitational,” Beacon said.
