Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913
Dear Editor:
Erin’s Hope Project is a non-profit organization started in March of 2011, in memory of our daughter, Erin. She passed away in March 2010, due to a brain tumor. The love and support we received was amazing, and we always knew that we wanted to make a difference in someone else’s life traveling the same journey, even if it was only for a day.
Erin’s Hope Project offers outdoor adventures to Montana children (ages 5-25) with life-threatening illnesses. Our motto is, “If it happens outdoors, we will help you and your family experience it!” To date, we have sent eight children and their families on some very memorable trips, ranging from camping, fishing, baseball games, horseback riding and snorkeling. We have a website with more information and pictures, and we also have a facebook page. If you know of anyone that we could plan a special outdoor adventure for, please contact us or tell them about Erin’s Hope Project. To make a tax deductible donation, you can mail them to Erin’s Hope Project at 2215 Edgewood St., Miles City, MT 59301. Our website is http://www.erinshopeproject.org.
