Anita Coffrin Hull

Anita Hull, 94, a former Glasgow resident now of Bellingham, Wash., died Sunday, Sept., 29, 2013, at her home.

Visitation will be held at 1 p.m., followed by a 2 p.m. Celebration of Life Service at Westford Funeral Home in Bellingham on Sunday, Oct. 6. Memorials may be made to Whatcom Hospice. You may share memories with the family at http://www.westfordfuneralhome.com.

She was born Sept. 14, 1919, in Mona, Mont., to Everett and Belva Coffrin. She graduated from the University of Montana in 1968 and later studied abroad in Avignon, France.

She was a long-time member of the P.E.O Sisterhood. She loved studying the meaning and origin of words, reading literature and writing short stories.

She was a wonderful hostess and enjoyed entertaining friends and family. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by husbands John Benton Wilford, Roger Taylor and Norman Hull; and siblings Meurice, Basil, Orrin “Jack” and Vesta.

Survivors include two sons, John Wilford (Robin Turner) of Hamilton City, Calif., and Tom Wilford and his wife, Jean, of Bellingham, Wash .; four grandchildren, Aaron, Brian, Megan and Nathan; one sister, Virginia Stansbury and her husband, Phil, of Atlanta, Ga .; and many loving family and friends.

Gramanita, you will be dearly missed, but we take comfort in knowing you are with our Lord in Heaven.
