How Many More 18-Year-Old Americans Would Be Sacrificed?
Seems maybe President Obama and others are under the mistaken impression that America has far more 18- to 24-year-olds than it needs. That age demographic seems to be the most popular for eliminating tens of thousands of America’s sons and daughters.
Vietnam took the largest toll of 18-year-olds: more than 33,000. There was even one soldier killed who was just 15 in that war (or “era,” as those in government like to call it).
Since the “turmoil” in Southeast Asia, the soldiers seem to have gotten older. The average age for the most killed during the current lash-up (Operation Desert Storm to present) is 20 to 24.
Now Obama wants to send more of our 18- to 24-year-old sons, daughters, nieces, nephews, husbands and wives off to Syria to fight a war to save Syria from ... Syria.
“NBC News With Brian Williams” seems in the forefront of this push to kill off our kids with a segment showing a “beautiful young girl” (4 or 5 years of age) in “war torn” Syria. Propaganda at its finest, the way I see it. It’s meant to pull at the viewers heartstrings and puts a softer light on the fact that our “beautiful young” children will be fighting and dying in a country in which we have absolutely no business being.
This conflict is also furthering the masses invading the United States under diplomatic or humanitarianism covers. Tens of thousands of Muslim “refugees” have already passed immigration under those conditions. How many of them have been fully investigated and pronounced fit to be here? Not many, I fear.
Then, of course, there’s every politician’s dread: not being re-elected. Here’s my point on that. There are more Jewish votes here in the United States than there are Jewish citizens in Israel. And who will be the recipient of those votes? The politician who seems most favorable toward Israel. Most every Jew in America has family in Israel, you know. (I’m not Archie Bunker. I’m simply stating fact. It seems Israel’s very survival is dependent on Syria being “saved.”)
The Gulf mess started with oil. Now it has escalated into a “Holy War” of sorts.
As I sit here in my home typing up this story, I’m wondering if I actually know a Syrian citizen. Nope. But I do know a host of young people from Washington, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Ohio ... who are being put in harms way again in a vain attempt to “straighten out” the rest of the world when we need straightening out right here in the United States.
Ya gotta tend to your own farm before you go out to help your neighbor. (Vaupel, circa 2013.)
WWII was a “popular” war because we were attacked by Imperial Japan and had to defend ourselves. (It was actually a war over gasoline). Our involvement in the war in Europe was to aid England and to help end Hitler’s extermination of the Jews. 402,000 Americans died in battle.
Korea came along next and we had no business there. We were fighting a sham war against China on Korean soil. Sorta testing each other. 53,000 American deaths.
Then along came that little thing in Vietnam where we fought a war against the North Vietnamese, who were being fully supported by Russia. 58,200American deaths.
Next came “Charlie Wilson’s War,” where we supported Afghanistan and Pakistan (with the help of Israel and Egypt) to help kick the Russkies out of Afghanistan.
Then came the flap over oil in Kuwait and Iraq. And our “boots on the ground” in Afghanistan, Iran, Syria. 6,650 dead US soldiers and counting.
In between, there came the destroying of the Twin Towers in New York City, the damage to the Pentagon, the airplane down in a field in Pennsylvania, the shootings at Fort Hood, and the pressure cooker bombings all right here on U.S. soil. Masterminded and carried out by the very same people we are trying to “save” in Syria.
I say to you, Senators Tester and Baucus and Representative Daines: Don’t even THINK of sending American troops to Syria.
That’s it for now folks. Thanks for listening.
