The Cal Ripken Border League Baseball Tournament will be held in Scobey at Lions Field on Friday, July 12, through Sunday, July 14. The Opheim Twins (0-8) will play the Scobey Red Sox, the league champions (8-1) in the first game of the tournament. The Scobey Athletics (5-4) will take on the Scobey White Sox (4-4) in the second game. Good luck to Coach Tami Nelson and the Opheim Twins.
Opheim’s CJ Nelson was chosen to be on the Hi-Line Babe Ruth All-Star team.
CJ played for the Scobey Giants.
