Bonnie L. (Teeters) Frank, 82, died on Sunday, April 21, 2013, at Fountain View Village, Fountain Hills, Ariz., following a courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Valley Bible Church, 3603 Oshea Circle, in Billings. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Billings.
She was born on Oct. 22, 1930, in Springfield, S.D., a daughter of Mark and Jessie Teeters. The family moved to Laurel, where she attended school and graduated from Laurel High School in 1948. Following graduation, she studied nursing at college.
She married the love of her life, Elmer Frank, on Oct. 20, 1950. Together they raised their four daughters while following Elmer’s career with the Burlington Northern Railroad in Laurel, Livingston, Glasgow and Duluth, Minn. Upon retirement, they returned to Montana in 1987 and made their home in Billings.
She was a Girl Scout leader, Sunday School teacher, expert pie maker, seamstress, wonderful mother, loving grandmother and above all else, a devout Christian.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one sister and two brothers.
Survivors include four daughters, Judi and Roger Larsen of Rochester, Minn., Joni and Terry Greenman of Ogden, Utah, Arleen and Rod Archambeault of Glasgow, and Anita and Scott Baker of Fountain Hills, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Frank Teeters, of Bridger, Mont.
Memorials may be made to the Valley Bible Church or the Parkinson’s Foundation.
Smiths Funeral Chapels of Billings is in charge of arrangements.
