Jasiah Hambira led his Lustre Christian boys track team to a 5th place finish at the Glasgow Invitational Track Meet April 1. It was a monumental weekend for the Glasgow Wrestling Club. After coming up just a half point short of the Large Team Girls State Championship in 2021, the Highlander Girls came out with intensity and won the 2022 Large Team AAU State Championship. With only three weekends remaining, the Highlanders split up this past weekend at the “Border Brawl” in Plentywood and at the Montana Middle School State Wrestling Championships in Lewistown. Glasgow’s Bantam Ice Dawgs traded 5-3 final scores with the Williston Coyotes in a pair of games on Sunday at the Valley Event Center with the visitors taking the first game.
