    The annual FORE the Kids Cup Tournament was held at Sunnyside Golf and Country Club July 24. “This was the biggest turn out in teams and kids so far,” enthused Jenn Jackson.     The Glasgow Reds went 3-2 at the 2022 East A District Tournament this past weekend in Billings, finishing in third place just out of a trip to the State Tournament. Glasgow finished their season with a 15-24 record. Glasgow faced the host Billings Blue Jays on Thursday, losing 12-2 in five innings. The Reds rebounded on Friday with a 15-4 victory over the Richland County Patriots in five and one-half innings. The win pitted the Reds against the Glendive Blue Devils Saturday in a do-or-die game.     The Glasgow/ Fort Peck Chapter of Walleyes Unlimited held their 22nd annual ladies' tournament this past weekend. The weather was perfect, maybe even a little on the warm side.     The Glasgow Reds closed out their 2022 regular season this past week, going 2-4 for a final record of 12-22. Glasgow hosted the Billings Blue Jays Monday and dropped both games, 14-7 and 19-4.     The Glasgow Reds claimed second place at the Williston Tournament this past weekend. Glasgow defeated Froid 6-0 and Williston 15’s 8-2 to put them in first place in pool play. They then defeated the Williston Oilers 31-11 to put them in the chipper against Burlington. The championship game was a back-and-forth slugfest with the Reds eventually falling to Burlington 34-23.
