    While Glasgow Middle School cross country runners failed to take team titles at their final meet of the season last Friday in Harlem, many Scotties ran the best times of their season and prep careers.     The Bearcubs hosted their 53rd Annual Frazer Invitational Oct. 4 and traveled to Malta on Saturday for their penultimate regular season cross country meet. Three members of the boys team set personal records at their home meet: Cassius Smoker, Ty Fourstar and Christopher Fox. Smoker led the boys squad with his best time of 23:38.19 for a 34th place finish. Fourstar was right behind him in 35th with his new record time of 23:50.22. Zora Holt, who has already qualified for this year's State meet, finished in 13th place with a time of 24:10.79 in the girls race.
