    The Lustre Christian girls basketball team dropped both their games at the Scobey Invitational this past weekend. The Lions lost 53-31 to the Fairview Warriors on Friday before falling 60-31 to the Plentywood Wildcats Saturday. Fairview took a 17-6 lead after one quarter Friday and led 24-24 at the half. Lustre trailed 40-21 after three quarters. Alexa Reddig led the Lions in points with 20, hitting a three-pointer and going 5-for-7 at the free throw line.     The High School Ice Dawgs dropped both games in Miles City this past weekend, losing 10-3 Saturday and 6-1 Sunday to the Generals. Glasgow took the lead first Saturday on a goal by Tatum Hansen, assist Michael Hoyer, but the Generals tied the game. Bode Barnett netted a short-handed goal to put Glasgow up 2-1 after one period. Miles City tied the game early in the second but Hansen put the Dawgs ahead midway through the period. The Generals scored twice more before intermission.     The Bantam Ice Dawgs lost one and tied one against Bozeman at home Dec. 3 and 4. They then split a pair of games in Miles City Dec. 10 and 11. Glasgow lost 6-5 against Bozeman Dec. 3, a valiant effort from a team that suited up a mere seven players. Brode Hansen scored five goals and Jack Miller had one.     Lustre Christian Boys Roll To Two Wins The Lustre Christian boys basketball team kicked off the 2022-23 season with two decisive wins at the 10th Annual Class C Showcase in Glasgow this past weekend. The Lions defeated Malta's JV team Friday by a 56-23 margin and rolled over Wolf Point's JV 78-35 Saturday.     The Glasgow boys basketball team made their 2022-23 regular season debut Dec. 2 in Wolf Point. The Scotties fell to the Wolves 76-54. Wolf Point held a 21-12 lead at the end of the first quarter. They increased their lead to 14 points at the half, 45-31. After three quarters, Glasgow was behind by a 19-point margin, 62-43. Keigan Ingram led the Scotties in scoring with 19 points.     Glasgow’s girls basketball team opened their 2022-23 season with a road loss against Wolf Point. The Scotties fell to the Wolves 43-13. Wolf Point led 8-5 at the end of the first and outscored Glasgow 12-8 in the second quarter. Glasgow outscored Wolf Point by 1 in the third, giving Wolf Point a 30-24 lead heading into the final eight minutes of play.     Frazer’s boys basketball team opened their 2022-23 season at the Lockwood Tip Off Tournament in Billings. The Bearcubs dropped both games, losing 61-16 to Park City Friday before falling 62-35 to Bridger Saturday. Park City racked up 22 points in the first quarter while shutting Frazer out. The Bearcubs won their first game against Park City after a fourth quarter rally, 40-33, on Friday. Saturday they took Bridger to overtime but lost 43-38.     Glasgow's 2022 season came to an end in two games at the All-Class State Volleyball Tournament in Bozeman this past weekend. The trip was the second consecutive one for the Scotties and their third appearance at State in four years.     Glasgow was the only Class B athletic program in the state to put all four of their teams - Girls Cross Country, Boys Cross Country, Football and Volleyball - into the final eight in this year's postseason.
