The Bearcubs scored 26 points with a team total clock time of 1:04:11.54. Jarvis Goodbird took second at the meet while Gabe Beston hit a personal record to place eighth out of 36 runners. Glasgow's volleyball team won their home opener Aug. 31, downing the Chinook Sugarbeeters 25-18,18-25, 20-25, 27-25, 15-13. The Scotties dropped a 38-6 non-conference football game to the Huntley Project Red Devils Sept. 1 on the road. The 2023 Scottie football season kicked off Aug. 26 with Glasgow hosting the Shepherd Mustangs. Glasgow dropped the opener 28-8 after Shepherd scored three times in the final quarter.
