    Glasgow hosted Glendive Oct. 1 and fell in four sets to the Class A Red Devils. The Scotties traveled to Fairview Oct. 5 where they defeated the Warriors in four games. Glendive took the first set 25-22 and won the second 25-19. Glasgow battled back to win the third set 25-14 and fought hard in the fourth set but fell 25-23. The Scotties had six aces, 24 kills, 20 assists, nine blocks and 71 digs in the match. Kolbi Ross led in aces with two while Macy Martin had all 20 of the team’s assists. Kaasa is scheduled to attend the Sidney Invitational Saturday, Oct. 12. Hinsdale Linden Holt ran a 22:59.09 for 45th place in Fort Peck at the Scottie Invitational.     Glasgow's cross country hit two meets last week, staying close for the Frazer Invitational Sept. 26 then traveling across the state to Missoula for the Mountain West Classic in Missoula Sept. 28.     The Scottie football team fell 48-26 in Malta Sept. 27 in a tightly fought battle. The Mustangs took the lead early in the game but the Scotties answered several times throughout to stay close until late in play. A late touchdown from the Mustangs secured the win over the Scotties. Glasgow gave up 343 yards, 383 with four penalties, to Malta. The Mustangs had 31 rushing attempts, gaining 118 yards, and went 10-for-15 on passes for a 225 yard gain.     The Scottie volleyball team picked up a conference win, a three-game match against Wolf Point Sept. 26. The team dropped a three-set match to Sidney the following night. Glasgow hosted Wolf Point Thursday and swept the Wolves easily. The Scotties won 25-16, 25-4, 25-11.     The Glasgow Scottie football team extended their win streak to three this past week with a 20-13 road win over Columbus. Glasgow holds a 3-0 record heading into Homecoming against Manhattan this weekend.
