    After a stop in Ft. Benton as a warm-up, the Scottie grapplers spent Dec. 16 and 17 in Great Falls at the CMR Holiday Classic Wrestling Tournament.     The 21st annual Scottie Wrestling Invitational was held Dec. 10 at GHS. Glasgow hosted 19 other teams for the event, and with four wrestling mats being utilized throughout the day, Scottie Gymnasium was buzzing with activity.     The final results are in at Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Havre check station for the 2016 hunting season. The check station was open from Oct. 8 (the open of general antelope) through Nov. 27 (the end of the deer/elk general season). Overall, both hunter numbers and big-game harvest increased from last year, with mule deer numbers being the highest in several years.     The 14U and 19U Lady Ice Dawgs traveled to Crosby for games on Dec. 3. The 14U girls put forth a great effort against a tough team. Despite some scoring chances, the girls were unable to hit the back of the net during the game and lost to the Comets 4-0. It was a competitive game, with the score just 1-0 after the first two periods.
