The Scottie softball team earned their first win of the season April 2, downing Glendive 14-7 on the road. Glasgow dropped two road games April 5 at the Shepherd Triangle, falling 23-0 to Shepherd and 27-17 to Conrad. In Glendive, Macy Martin was first to cross home plate in the game, scoring on a Tatum Nyquist fielder’s choice. The Scottie softball team dropped their two opening games March 29 at the Colstrip Quad. Glasgow fell 16-8 to Stillwater in their opening game before dropping a 12-0 game to Huntley Project. The most prestigious tournament in our home state is the Montana Open at the Billings Metra! GWC brought the 6th largest team to the event this year with 55 wrestlers.
