The Glasgow Kiwanis Thunder Swim Team kicked off their 2021 season in Harlem on June 5-6 and followed that up with a trip to Glendive June 12-13. Despite a few hurdles, the team has started their season strong under second-year coach Ethan Shrader. The Glasgow Reds hit the road last week for games in Glendive and Havre. In six games the Reds went 3-3. Glasgow's record now sits at 3-5 on the season. Glasgow's first win came in game one of a double header against the Glendive Blue Devils on Wednesday. The Reds took an early lead in the top of the first and never looked back in an 8-0 victory. The 2021 graduate has signed with the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, S.D., to play flute with the school's orchestra. The Scottie golf teams finished up their successful 2021 season at Eagle Rock in Billings at the State B Tournament last Tuesday and Wednesday.
