The Glasgow Scotties softball team traveled to Glendive on Friday, May 7 for a double header. The night had originally been scheduled for a single game but was bumped up to a double header after weather cancelled an early season game in Glasgow between the two teams. Predictions of inclement weather led to the cancellation of the Jean Dreikosen Invitational Meet at Scottie Field, scheduled for May 8. The lack of the Hinsdale/Saco meet meant that Valley County teams competed in their final regular season meet at the Gene Nelson Memorial Invite on Friday, May 7, where the most the teams had to deal with was the notorious northeastern Montana wind. The Lustre Christian High School Lions attended the Richey and Lambert Invitational on April 28 in Lambert where the girls finished in ninth with 16 points and the boys took sixth with 42 points.
