    The Nashua girls basketball team added two more wins to their record this past weekend with strong fourth quarter performances over Frazer and Brockton. The Porcupines defeated the Bearcubs 49-39 Friday in Frazer and followed that with a 56-37 win over the Warriors Saturday in Brockton. Nashua and Frazer stood tied at the end of the first quarter with 15 points on each side of the scoreboard. The Porcupines put up 17 points in the second for a 32-28 lead at the half.     The Frazer boys basketball team dropped three games this past week while missing two starters, Keein Ackerman and John Hotomanie. The fell 90-26 against a tough Poplar team last Monday in Frazer. Friday night the Bearcubs fell to Nashua 62-39 in front of a home crowd. On Saturday in Lustre, Frazer fell to the conference-leading Lions 80-11.     Glasgow's 19U Ice Dawgs downed the Havre Ice Hawks 4-2 in their Senior Night game last Friday before dropping a back-and-forth 4-3 rematch Saturday morning.     Nashua’s girls basketball team fell to a tough North Country team in Whitewater, 50-8, on Friday before rebounding to defeat the Coyotes, 56-60, in Dodson on Saturday. Last Tuesday, Jan. 25, the Lions were in Scobey where they lost starter Alexa Reddig to a broken collarbone in the first quarter and lost the game to the Spartans 56-16.
