Beginner's luck was in full force last week for first time hunter Teagen Twitchell, 13, who on his first day picked off a 4X4. Teagen was joined by his father, Todd Twitchell, his little brother Tucker, and Allen and Tara Harrington. They spotted the buck after about four hours in the field. The Valley County Health Department (VCHD) on Friday confirmed the death of a woman in her 70s due to COVID-19 infection.
