A Glasgow man was arrested Nov. 24 after allegedly discharging a firearm in the downtown area. At about 10:34 p.m., a witness called 911 to report gunshots fired somewhere near Campbell Lodge and the Oasis Bar. Another witness identified the shooter as William Hoerster. It took months of hard work by volunteers to paint the mural along the Glasgow downtown underpass, and only minutes for a vandal to leave their grubby marks in the form of graffiti.
