    On Dec. 31, at around 1:15 p.m., an officer with the Glasgow Police Department observed a vehicle driving down the wrong side of the road. The officer then observed the vehicle illegally double parked on the wrong side of the street on 4th Avenue South.     Law enforcement has responded to hoax calls about an active shooter in multiple parts of the state. There has been no evidence of an active shooter and no actual threats found.
