    Glasgow Police Officer Joshua Nolan has been placed on paid administrative leave pending investigation and has been on leave since the middle of January. The Division of Criminal Investigation has been in the area for further investigation. Chief of Police Robert Weber said at this time he could not discuss the reasons for the investigation or any details about Nolan’s future with the Glasgow Police Department due to personnel matters.     The Glasgow Area Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture held the 25th Annual Ice Fishing Derby Feb. 4. The Derby was held at the Fishing Access Site-The Dredge Cuts Trout Pond located on Highway 117. A total of 151 holes with 59 participants. Guaranteed for first place for $2,000 was Greg Ganje of Minot, N.D.     The community answered the call for new and gently used stuffed animals during the annual Teddy Bear Toss on Feb. 2. Organized by the Glasgow High School Student Council, a total of 244 stuffed animals were thrown on the home court between the girls and boys varsity basketball games against North Country.     A new record 472 wrestlers from 17 different clubs competed in Scottie Gymnasium this past Saturday for the 2023 Glasgow Wrestling Club Invitational.
