    Coach Darrell Heuth made an appearance at the Glasgow Scotties' first home game of the season, where he was recognized for his contributions to the foundations of the athletic programs at Glasgow High School. This was his first home Scottie football game in 57 years, since he was the head coach of the program.     After being convicted on two felony counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child by a jury in Glasgow on June 9, Tommy Sanson II was sentenced on Aug. 21 to 25 years in the Montana State Prison with 15 years suspended for each felony count. These sentences are to run concurrently with one another. Parole eligibility is contingent on completing at least the educational phase of the sex offender treatment program utilized by the prison.     Montana taxpayers applying for a property tax rebate should be on the lookout for suspicious or fraudulent activity. Starting Aug. 24, all Montana property tax rebates will be sent by paper check in the mail. To reduce the risk of fraud perpetuated by scam artists, the Montana Department of Revenue removed the option for taxpayers to receive the property tax rebate by direct deposit.
