    New statistics from the Montana Department of Transportation show that ridership on Cape Air Airlines has increased this year compared to 2023. The number of passengers using Cape Air in Glasgow has increased 4.3 percent compared to last year. In 2024 through the month of June, there were 2,603 passengers compared to 2,496 last year. The busiest month so far this year has been March when 490 passengers used Cape Air in Glasgow.     Superintendent Arntzen has released the list of Montana school districts that will participate in the free and reduced-price school meals or free milk programs during the 2024-2025 school year.     Richard “Dick” Cotton, of Glasgow, died in a rollover crash along US Highway 87, near mile marker 7, in Musselshell County on July 26. According to the report provided by the Montana Highway Patrol, Cotton was southbound in a Ford Galaxy when the right rear tire blew out.     Superintendent Arntzen released historic accreditation statuses for Montana schools during the July Board of Public Education (BPE) meeting.
