    The 41st Annual Fort Peck Christmas Bird Count will be held this year on Saturday, Dec. 19. In the last 40 years we have found a total of 130 species within the Ft. Peck CBC circle, including Bald Eagle, Mallard, Common Goldeneye and Black-capped Chickadee, which have been seen in every one of the counts.     Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks has named Mark Sullivan as the new Regional Supervisor for Region 6. He is replacing Tom Flowers. The Fort Peck resident holds a master's degree in wildlife management from Montana State University.     Two weekends ago Glasgow Speech and Drama attended the 2nd annual Eastern Montana Kickoff Speech and Drama Meet at West High School in Billings.
