    Fort Peck Fine Arts Council and the Missoula Children's Theatre teamed up this year to put on a production of "The Princess and the Pea" at the Glasgow High School Auditorium on Dec. 16.     The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) would like to announce and invite the public to comment on a proposal to resurface about eight miles of Montana Highway 24 (MT 24), south of Opheim.
