    The Valley County Conservation District will hold its monthly board meeting on Wednesday, June 13, at 12 p.m., at the USDA Service Center conference room in Glasgow.     On Friday, June 8, and Saturday, June 9, the Glasgow Police Department and the Valley Veterinary Clinic will be hosting the annual program for animal licensing and administration of rabies shots at the Southside Fire Hall.
