The Valley County Comprehensive Child Find Screening will be held Tuesday, April 9, and Wednesday, April 10, at the First Lutheran Church in Glasgow from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. The screening is for all children from birth to school entry age. The purpose of this screening is to find children who may need special assistance. The Fort Peck Senior Citizens are sponsoring the fifth annual fun walk/run, “Slam the Dam 5 (Run with the Wind)” across the face of Fort Peck Dam on Saturday, March 16. Registration starts at 9 a.m., with the cost being $5 per person. The event is for all ages, however bikes or dogs are not welcome.
