The Valley County Pool Campaign and the Busted Knuckle Brewery have teamed up to help raise funds for obtaining a new Valley County community pool. On Thursday, July 25, the brewery will be hosting a Pool Campaign Brews for a Cause from 5 to 8 p.m. A dinner of traveling tacos, in addition to blue wave cotton candy and Busted Knuckle beer-inspired cupcakes will be served. On Sunday, July 7, in honor of the memory of Gloria Doucette, there will be an afternoon of pinochle and pie at the Nashua Senior Citizens Center. Other games and activities for those who do not wish to play pinochle will be available.
