The Hinsdale Ambulance Service, in conjunction with the Hinsdale School, invite the community to hear a powerful message from Pat Goldhahn. On Aug. 25, 2016, his daughter, 15-year-old Lauryn Goldhahn, was thrown 150 feet from a pickup after it rolled two and a half times and hit a power pole. On Aug. 27, she was pronounced dead. USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) and Montana State University (MSU) are hosting a Farm Bill meeting on October 24, at 1 p.m. at the Cottonwood Inn located at 54250 US Highway 2 in Glasgow. Groups trying to improve mental health and decrease substance abuse in Valley County are sponsoring a Mental Health Walk on Saturday, Oct. 5. The event will start at 10:30 a.m. at the Valley Event Center and will end at the Civic Center. It is that time again. The Leadership Class students have selected Saturday, Sept. 28, for their annual Homeless Night. Homeless For a Night is an opportunity for students to take action on the homeless problem. Those who participate will spend a night in front of the Pioneer Museum to discuss, think and learn about homelessness.
