    As of March 23, public access to the Valley County Courthouse will be limited to reduce the potential spread of the Covid-19 virus to our essential services employees and to the public. Members of the public who need to access services in the courthouse will call and make an appointment. Doors to the courthouse will be locked until further notice.     To limit exposure during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Glasgow City-County Library is closing the inside to the public. We are offering a curbside pick-up program starting March 23. Curbside pick-up will be available between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.., Monday through Friday. All you have to do is make arrangements with us.
