    The Glasgow Chamber hosted "A Candyland Christmas" on Dec. 3 with the Christmas Stroll and Parade of Lights. Chilly temperatures certainly did not deter the community to come out and enjoy the fesitivites.     The Milk River basketball team was set to attend the Special Olympics Montana State basketball Tournament in Butte Nov. 10-12 but winter hit the state and disrupted Glasgow's travel plans. Rather than travel across the state in treacherous conditions for the 89-team tournament, the hoopsters of Milk River made the shorter trek to Sidney for a friendly game against the Eagles.
