Benjamin Arthur Laws III of Austin, Texas, passed away peacefully at 11:11 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2015, following a courageous 11-month battle with brain cancer. He was 44 years old. The Glasgow Kiwanis Swim Team welcomed 280 swimmers over the Fourth-of-July weekend for their annual invitational meet.
