1 Years Ago Wednesday, July 16, 2014 Glasgow's Candy Cane Park is getting a whole new look that will be sweet when it's completed. The park that had gravel and not much for shade will be sporting grass and trees by late summer. The city has set aside and budgeted for the park over the last two years, and last week the project got started.
