    Gov. Steve Bullock and Montana Department of Commerce Director Meg O'Leary the award of $150,000 in funding for events across – including the Governor's Cup Walleye Tournament on Fort Peck Lake.     The 26th annual Montana Governor’s Cup Walleye Tournament set for this weekend has already set an eight-year high in registration numbers. With three days to go, 109 teams have signed up to participate in the two-day event, the most since 2005, when 119 teams fished Fort Peck Lake. Last year, the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture had registered 83 duos the Wednesday before the event started and had 105 total at week’s end.     Fishing teams can expect a full payout at the 26th annual Governor’s Cup set for July 11-13, as the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce decided to pay back 100 percent of tournament fees. “The Gov Cup committee this year decided, to try to attract more teams into the tournament, to offer 100 percent payback . . . every bit of the entry fees that are paid will be paid back to the fishermen,” said Stan Ozark, a site coordinator for the tournament.
