Hinsdale Gets New Ambulance On July 31 the Hinsdale Volunteer Ambulance Service (HVAS) hosted an appreciation breakfast to show their gratitude to those who contributed to the new 2020 ambulance arriving the last week in June. The city of Glasgow is forming a scoring committee to consider the 31 candidates who have applied for the position of Glasgow Police Department Chief. I am 32-years-old and a mother of one 8-year-old girl who enjoys swim team and swimming for fun. I am looking to raise money to help pay for the Valley County Community Pool. The Valley County Community Pool Campaign Committee has had a busy first year of information-sharing and fundraising for the new pool and bathhouse. As of the middle of November, the committee has raised close to $600,000 in cash and pledges. We are grateful to all those who have donated so far. Donations of all sizes are welcome.
