Pearl Leola Haskin, age 89, passed away quietly in her home in Queen Creek, Ariz., on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2024. A private family 'Celebration of Life' is planned for the Spring of 2025. She was the youngest of four children born to Harold Raymond Bailey and Opal Marie Shafer on June 23, 1935, in Minot, N.D., where she grew up. 1 Years Ago Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014 The old neon sign is nostalgic for many in the Glasgow community. It's probably one of the few neon signs of its kind left in the area. The bright flash of red, with a touch of green, is familiar to locals and something people were excited to see turned back on after a short hiatus. Bennie Joe Hallock (Uncle Bennie), 85, of Glasgow, Mont., peacefully passed away at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital with family by his side on Saturday, June 1, 2024.
