    The Glasgow School Board had the hiring of activity director Willie Thibault as head girls’ basketball coach on the agenda for last Wednesday’s regular meeting, but ended up not voting on the item. Lily Himsl and Kevin Alt will teach fifth grade, replacing J Billingsley, who has resigned to move to another school district.     Clearing her final high jump gave Megan Dailey not only the event state title, but also her Scottie girls a spot on the podium.     The three-way contest for one seat on the Glasgow School Board was settled Tuesday night. Mona Amundson was elected to a three-year term with 739 votes.
