    Michael "Mike" C. Kaiser was born in Miles City, Mont., to Charles and Lorrain (Muggli) Kaiser. He spent his youth in Miles City, attending Sacred Heart School, lettering in football, basketball and track.     The high school Ice Dawgs added two to the Win column this past weekend. Glasgow defeated visiting Bozeman Ice Dogs 6-3 Friday night and 4-1 Saturday morning at the Valley Event Center. Friday night the first period proved a quiet one as neither team scored. Bozeman kicked off the action in the second period with a goal just 40 seconds into play.     In 2004, a group of teenagers started a goal of creating a skatepark in order to pursue their passions in the sport. A board was created, and with the assistance of parents and other involved community members, the park was created on the Fairgrounds property.
