    During their regular meeting session on June 12, the Glasgow School Board approved naming the Glasgow School District Boardroom after Gary F. Martin, who was a longtime superintendent for the school district. Martin passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at his home of congestive heart failure.     Wendy Sue (Grant) Nelson, 65, of Glasgow, Mont., passed away suddenly, on Monday, June 17, 2024, due to medical complications from underlying health conditions. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Wendy was born in Glasgow, on Jan. 14, 1959, to Pat Woolery and John Grant. She graduated from Glasgow High School in 1977 where she was on the drill team.     The Nemont Manor Foundation presented $50,000 in grants on June 11 to 10 organizations that benefit the Valley County community. The grants were awarded from the Valley County Masonic Endowment Fund, which was established at the Montana Community Foundation in 2022.
