    There are some big changes coming to the Glasgow Clinic in the New Year. Starting Jan. 1, Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Hi-Line General Surgery will merge with the Glasgow Clinic. The new Glasgow Clinic will be composed of two divisions, Primary Care and Specialty Care. Primary care will house family medicine and internal medicine, while specialty care will house general surgery, obstetrics/gynecology and orthopedic surgery.   • School Bus Crash Claims Two Drivers

    A crash involving a Glasgow Public Schools bus and a pickup was reported west of Glasgow on Hwy 2 on Sept. 19. Both drivers involved were killed. The driver of the truck was Julie Steiger (31) of Troy, Mont., and the school bus driver was Harold James (Jim) Belcher, a 73-year-old Fort Peck resident. According to Valley County Sheriff Vern Buerkle, the accident was called in at 6:35 a.m. on Tuesday morning.     The campaign “Vote Yes Valley View” has made headway in their efforts to pass a special hospital tax district for Valley View Home.   • Law Enforcement Brief: Crash Fatality, Computer Scammers, Nix

    On July 6, law enforcement responded to a two vehicle accident outside of Glasgow that resulted in a fatality. Valley County Sheriffs discovered a head-on collision near mile marker 546, roughly three miles east of Glasgow.
