Phyllis rarely complained and never stopped fighting, so it would be wrong to say that she lost the battle. Motels in Glasgow are full of railroad people and derailment specialists have filled camping spaces with company RVs. Twenty-six incoming sixth to eighth-graders had the opportunity of a lifetime June 12 through 16 when they spent the week at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital's (FMDH) inaugural Med Camp, organized and directed by camp counselor Olivia Allen, who also serves as the facility's marketing assistant. On Tuesday, June 20, at 8:20 p.m., a caller reported a single vehicle rollover accident on Montana Highway 24S just east of the Duck Creek Road and the Gateway restaurant. Law enforcement arrived and observed a single male occupant trapped inside the car. STAT EMS and Fire responded to the scene. Our dear, dear father, George "Bud" Knudson passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow, Mont. Services are being planned for later this summer. Dad was born May 21, 1928, to George and Margaret Knudson on their homestead south of Saco, Mont. He graduated from Saco High School in 1947.
