Dallas Vern Johnson, 78, died peacefully on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Dallas was born on February 10, 1943, in Sidney, MT to Gilman and Verna (lwen) Johnson. He attended elementary and high school in Glasgow, MT. In 1967 he received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Montana State University Bozeman, and in 1988 received his Master of Education also from MSU. Western Valley 4-H Meeting Report The Oct. 3, 2021 meeting was called to order by Cienna Strommen. Before the meeting, several children decided to have a war. I promptly stopped the fighting, for it was getting too out of hand. The meeting was called to order. Although Larry Potter registered a the Valley County Courthouse to run as a candidate for Nashua Mayor, and paid the $15 filing fee, he failed to then register with the Commissioner of Political Practices (COPP) and was not legally eligible for placement on the current ballot.
