During the evening of June 17, officers with the Glasgow Police Department responded to a disturbance at an apartment complex on the north side of Glasgow. On Tuesday, June 20, at 8:20 p.m., a caller reported a single vehicle rollover accident on Montana Highway 24S just east of the Duck Creek Road and the Gateway restaurant. Richard Franklin Damstrom passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at the age of 88. He died peacefully with his loving wife Lois by his side.
