    The Glasgow Reds went 1-3 at the Wahpeton Tournament this past weekend for a 2-6 record early in the season. Glasgow defeated Detroit Lakes 10-2 in the opening round June 7, but fell 10-6 to the LaMoure A's and 8-0 to Wahpeton the following day. The Reds lost to Post 30 on Sunday by a 13-1 score in four innings. Glasgow took a 4-0 lead over Detroit Lakes with two runs in the first and another two in the second.   • Alive At Five Fire Truck Pull Competitions

    The first of four Alive @ Five events is scheduled for Wednesday, June 19 by the Nemont offices. At this year’s events will be a fire truck pull competition instead of the Hot Dog eating competition. Milk River Inc. has put together a four-part series of fire truck pulls to crown a champion team. Teams will be comprised of eight team members and one Milk River Stars athlete.
